Welcome to The NJ Vipers Mobile Training App, aka The Viper Vault. Please
read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the
mobile application (the “App”) operated by “The NJ Vipers” ("we", "us", or
"our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by
these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility and Access
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

Access is restricted to approved members only. To request access, users
must submit their name, email address, and phone number.
- Approval is granted solely at the discretion of the Admin team.

We reserve the right to deactivate or revoke access at any time without
notice, particularly if you violate these Terms.

Access to the content herein is provided to NJ Vipers members and is
complimentary. There is no charge for access to this material and has no
cash value.
2. Content Use and Ownership

The App provides access to curated softball training videos that are
originally hosted on public platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and
Facebook.

All third-party video content remains the property of its respective
owners. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content.

The App stores video content to ensure continued accessibility. However,
we respect all copyright laws and will remove any content upon
legitimate request from content owners.

By using the App, you acknowledge that content is provided for
educational and non-commercial purposes only.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Reproduce, duplicate, distribute, or exploit any portion of the App
without express written permission.

Circumvent or attempt to bypass the access control or security
features.
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
4. Push Notifications

You may opt in to receive push notifications for updates, announcements,
and new content.

Notifications may include event reminders, training content updates, and
other relevant information.
- You may opt out at any time via your device settings.

for authentication, communication, and service improvement purposes.

administrators.

7. Admin Dashboard and Content Management

Admins are responsible for approving users, managing training content,
sending push notifications, and configuring flyers.

Admins must ensure that content added to the App complies with copyright
laws and these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties,
expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or
suitability of the App.

We do not guarantee that content will always be available or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App
after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You are

without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.
